Jaya has been a part of the company for close to three decades and is one of the pillars of our back-office operations. She looks after clearing & settlement operations as well as client onboarding. Her perspective of the evolution the Indian Equity markets from an operation viewpoint and deep understanding of most of our client relationships is key to running our operations smoothly.
